Flight Arrangements and Airport Pick-Up
All tour attendees who wish to be picked up at the Toulouse Blagnac Airport [Toulouse, France] must be there by 8:00 a.m. on September 19, 2010. Pick-up time is by 8:30 a.m.

If you are flying into Carcassonne, you will have to make your way to Hotel L’Eveche in Alet les Bains. It is highly recommended you fly into Toulouse.

Please do not schedule departing flights back home leaving from Toulouse before 11:00 a.m. on September 26, 2010. If you need to do so, you will have to make your way to the airport.

We will arrive at Toulouse airport by 9:00 a.m. on September 26, the day of departure, to allow you enough time before your flights home.

Single & Double Occupancy
Most tours are based on double occupancy, with an added charge for a single room.
On this tour we are allowing for you to either share a room or have your own at the same price. So please let us know if you plan to share a room with someone.
Otherwise, you will be booked into a single room.

Baggage and Clothing
Check with your airlines about baggage restrictions.
Please bring the minimum amount of luggage because we have to fit everyone’s bags in the tour vans. Also, you will have to carry your own bags up stairs at Hotel L’Eveche.

A backpack is useful for our day trips.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring hiking boots if you have them.
Layered clothing works well for September. Dress is casual.

September is usually warm but cool in the morning and at night.
Please bring an umbrella or other rain gear as we will move about rain or shine.

Rules of the Road
Smile and slow down. The southwest region of France is very laid back.
Please be courteous to those we encounter along the way.
Greet the people of France with bonjour and merci. It will make your trip more pleasant.
Please respect your fellow tour attendees.
We come from all different places and all walks of life…
