MAGDALENE’S MIND…

“Magdalene’s Mind” - Characters:

MAGDALENE is ageless and timeless.
She is the historical Mary Magdalene, with long flowing hair, a healing touch, clothes made of fine garments, the ancient voice of the feminine spirit. She is today’s Magdalene – an intelligent, witty woman, one who listens with her heart, with a natural sensuality.

The UNICORN is an unidentified male figure.

SOPHIA is a young woman in her 20’s.
She is very sexual, attractive, and street-smart. She is an angry young woman secretly earning a living as a high-priced prostitute while attending college.

LYDIA is a mid-aged woman in her 40’s.
She is divorced and weary, overloaded with responsibilities. She has just been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She is obsessed with history, facts, places, and events.

GEORGE is an elderly man in his 70’s. He is the epitome of a successful corporate executive. He has paid a price for his success, but he has accepted that price. He has a wry sense of humor and a hard heart.
